1.Warm up: question and answer

2.Presentation:
ò new words:

 ò Setting the scene:
ò the sentence patterns:
- what can he / she do?

ò practice: work in pairs
ò practice: work in groups:

- T asks and sts answer the T’s question.
- T corrects their mistakes.
- pre_ teach the new words, T elicits the new words to sts by translate. 
- T read and sts listen.
- then sts listen after T again and reapeat several times.
- T have sts look at the picture and introduces the sentence patterns.
.
- T repeat 3 times to help sts unserstand this sentences. Then have sts both repeat the sentences.(whole class, groups, individual).
- T write the sentences on the board.
- play CD track 52, 53. Have sts listen and repeat.
- T invites some sts to ask and answer with action the sentences in the front.
- have sts open their book page 3. Then have them look and describle what they see. 
- T asks sts to look at the pictures on the board and invites 2 sts.s1 asks: “what can he do?” and s2 answer the question.Then change the role.do the same for the other.
- divide sts into 2 groups, group A asks and group B answer with all pictures.Then change the role.
- T asks: “what can you do?” and sts answer the question.
 Home works: 3’
- learn by heart the new words and the sentence patterns.
- Do exercise part C+ D in the workbook page 21.
